REFUND POLICY
BY USING THE OFF HUMAN EXCHANGES PORTAL AND PLACING ORDERS ON OUR WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS POLICY WITHOUT CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU REFRAIN FROM USING OFFHUMAN.COM.
We may periodically update this policy, affecting your return, refund, or order cancellation process. Always check the latest version of the policy when making a purchase to stay informed of the applicable terms.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After we approve your request, you will receive a notification via email, and our logistics partner will pick up the product within 24-48 hours.
Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a Quality Check (QC), and if approved, we will proceed with your exchange or return request. Exchanges typically take 7-10 business days to be processed. In cases where the requested size is unavailable, we will exchange the item for another product or issue online credit note. This credit note will be sent to your registered email.
Please ensure that the item is returned in the same condition it was shipped. If items are worn or in poor condition, your request will not be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- COD Orders: Cancellations are allowed only before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Prepaid Orders: Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided as credit note, which can be used within 3 months. credits are non-refundable and can be redeemed only at our online store. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
You may request an exchange or return if:
- The product does not fit.
- The product or packaging is damaged.
- The product is defective or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and untampered with.
- The product must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- No signs of wear, perfume, stains, scratches, or damage.
- Items bought as a set must be returned together.
- The return request must be initiated for the same order, and the item must match our records.
Our logistics partners will assist with collecting the returned product. However, we reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
