SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to locations across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you wish to place an order for delivery outside India, please contact us at [support@offhuman.com], and we will try to assist you where possible.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a tracking number.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We aim to deliver your products within the following estimated timeframes after dispatch:

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen weather conditions.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking details. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our courier partner’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within the estimated processing time, please contact us at [support@offhuman.com].

DELIVERY ISSUES

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete delivery address. If you accidentally enter the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at [support@offhuman.com]. If the order has not been dispatched, we will try to correct the address.
  • If the order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change the address, and we will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to [X] times. If delivery fails after these attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

DELAYS AND EXCEPTIONS

  • During high-demand periods, such as sales events or holidays, there may be delays in shipping. We will notify you in advance of any extended delivery times during these periods.

 UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES & RETURN TO SENDER

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of the delivery, or an inability to contact you, we will notify you and arrange for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
  • If we do not hear back from you within [X] days of our attempt to contact you regarding a returned package, the order will be treated as cancelled, and we will refund the amount minus shipping fees.
